AROS is able to analyze a range of Affymetrix GeneChip® arrays for
gene expression like conventional expression arrays, exon arrays
and tiling arrays.
We offer a range of analyses based on Affymetrix tools for candidate
gene analysis and fine mapping such as Tag arrays and targeted
genotyping.
Chip on Chip is a technology used for identification of DNA binding sequences for products derived by Chromatin ImmunoPrecipitation. Other sequence specific binders can be analyzed in a similar way.
