NGS Bioinformatics
For NGS AROS offers two technical bioinformatics packages, this can be modified and tailored to match your project.
The Basic Bioinformatics package includes:
- Basic general informatics includes: Image analysis, base calling and quality scores and sequence alignment
- For most application the basic package also includes application specific informatics
- Through our collaboration with CLC Bio, we offer a free-of-charge CLC software license.
The Advanced Bioinformatics package components are defined case by case.
