DNA Sequencing
AROS offers the whole range of DNA sequencing from whole genome de novo sequencing to targeted re- sequencing of predefined target (e.g. exome and mitochonodrial) and sequencing of custom defined targets.
In whole genome sequencing coverage drives costs. Based on your needs we will find the approach that fits your objectives and your budget. There are many options to consider, including standard or custom targeting, a pooled sequencing design, NGS pre-screening followed by a broader microarray study or targeted PCR.
In targeting we have expirience in sequencing set regions, e.g. exomes and mitochondria, as well as custom defined regions. AROS will recommend the most optimal application and the most effective enrichment approach.
