AROS offers extractions of microRNA, genomic DNA and total RNA from one single PAXgene Blood RNA tube - TRI-X
AROS has developed protocols for extraction of microRNA and genomic DNA in addition to total RNA from one single PAXgene Blood RNA tube. Yield and quality is adequate for gene expression profiling, microRNA profiling and SNP (Mapping) analysis based on microarrays and real-time PCR. AROS has named the technology TRI-X.
AROS launch high throughput Genotyping Service with the Human Mapping 500K chip set
AROS has completed a high throughput laboratory for the Affymetrix Human Mapping 500K assay. With the 500K chip set it is possible to assay > 500.000 polymorphisms using only 500 ng DNA as starting material. With our new facility we can process up to 200 Mapping 500K assays per week.
AROS has been GLP certified by the Danish Medicines Agency
AROS was in autumn 2005 inspected by the Danish Medicines Agency, and following that authorized for
three years to perform molecular analyses, among these SNP and Gene
expression analyses under GLP. The authorization encompasses toxicologic and pharmacologic studies.
At AROS we look very much forward to provide GLP compliant services to our customers. Furthermore, we believe this to reflect the high level of quality we provide, based on the more than 200 standard operating procedures we have established. Our customers are always welcome for an inspection of the facility, or to discuss QA issues with the staff.
